Very large, modern room. Lots of parking. A little out of the way, but very good value.

Understand the resort, cleaning fee and taxes will increase the price.

Nice, very comfortable and clean apartments in a calm and pleasant resort, 15min away from Disney and 30min from universal. There's no restaurant or shop in the resort, but the publix supermarket is only 5 min away.

We found that in particular one lady at the reception was quite unfriendly.

I liked it very much very good value for the money. I would book again and recommend to anyone.

My family and me have a very nice time and I did not realize this hotel it was so nice but from now once all my reservation and bussines matter will be with this particular hotel thank you for your services it was a very nice one im recomended to every one who have a family and want to enjoy and feel like home thanks again we will tellall us friend and family about this good experience

I will said all you need is a little bar and a griil restorant for better

The ability to cook and the privacy was a huge plus. There was plenty of room and not too far from Disney which was the reason for the trip. We didn’t use the pool or the clubhouse but we did rent movies which was pretty cool. Clean, spacious, convenient & quiet was what I was looking for and what I found. I’d come back and I’d recommend it to others.

Excellent large 2 bed villa. Spotlessly clean. Ideal base for visiting for Disney parks (15 mins away). Perfect for self catering, however we dined out mostly in nearby restaurants. Points to note; car is essential and only very basic items available in on site shop, although supermarkets within 5 minute drive. Overall great value for money.

We liked the decks, the pool, hot tub and the huge bath tubs with the separate showers.

Need to up date the beds.

The layout was nice and open which made it easy to handle my children.

I have never went to a place that made you replace the trash bags, paper towels or toliet paper that you used. I had no words when the help desk reminded me that it was something that I had to do before leaving or it would be charged to me on top of all the additional charges.

It was clean.

The beds were terrible. They were hard and made noise every time you would move. Loud enough to wake even the person in the next room! When we told the woman at the desk, she was not receptive or interested. Also the the keys did not work most of the time and required us to go back to the reception area to get help. We were told the keys never work!

Very spacious accommodations. Nice heated pool. About 15 mins to Disney.

Carpet needs a good shampooing. It looked to have had spills and soil from a long time.

I loved the size of the 3 bedroom deluxe villa and the master bathroom was huge... to say the least. The staff at the resort was very nice!!

Everything was great. I have no complaints.
